Duties include...

Greets patrons, answers questions, and promotes friendly atmosphere.

Sells tickets for shows and takes payment and makes change.

Answers questions concerning schedules, reservations and gives information concerning coming attractions.

Keeps daily balance sheet of cash received and tickets sold.

Monitors gate area and takes tickets.

Directs cars in parking lot to proper parking spaces.

Sells select merchandise before and during shows.

Contacts supervisor with problems concerning equipment or patrons.

Assists with cleaning of the theater and its front of house facilities.

Duties include...

Work under the supervision of the Assistant Technical Director to construct scenic elements and maintain the scene shop.

Work independently and with other scenic crew fabricating and installing scenic units.

Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Operation of power tools and hand tools including; circular, miter, track, panel, reciprocating, and jig saws, drills, impact drivers, pry bars, plyers, measuring devices, etc.

Make repairs and adjustments to set units as needed.

Assist scenic painters as needed.

Duties include...

Work under the supervision of the Scenic Charge to paint scenic elements to match the Scenic Designs.

Work independently and with other scenic painters to complete assigned projects.

Help maintain paint shop and tools.

Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Use multiple theatrical painting techniques (wood grain, scumbling, blending, etc.) to transform scenic elements.

Perform touch ups on scenic elements that become damaged.

Assist scenic carpenters as needed.
