Theatre in the Park Terms

Outdoor

  • Children 3 and under are free but require a ticket.

  • Visit the web page of any OUTDOOOR production for recommendations on age-appropriateness.

  • You may also CHANGE your reservation for reserved chairs up until show time.

  • All outdoor tickets must be used during the current OUTDOOR season.  Any unused tickets in your account at the end of the OUTDOOR season are not transferable to any indoor performance OR to the next outdoor season.

  • Bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks, or you can visit our concession stand for great food and snacks. No glass containers.

  • Please observe the areas designated for "Blankets Only", and please don't save a seating area larger than a reasonable size to accommodate your group.

  • Ground-level-chairs (low seats or beach chairs that sit flat on the ground) are allowed in the blanket area. If you have questions on our seating policy, please consult the House Manager or any member of our front-of-house staff.

  • Sorry, pets are not allowed in the Theater bowl outdoor (service animals accepted.)

  • Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the Theater bowl; this includes vaping and e-cigarette use. There are designated smoking areas outside of gates 1, 2, and 3.

  • No flash photography.

  • Videotaping any performance is STRICTLY prohibited by our royalty contracts.

  • Please turn your phones to silent mode before the performance begins.

  • Have fun with Frisbees, balls, toys, etc. in the areas beyond the main seating area outdoor.  BUT... once the performance begins, please have fun watching the show!

  • Only cast, crew and staff are allowed backstage. You can visit with the cast by the flag pole following the performance (weather permitting).

  • Basic first aid supplies, AED, and bug spray are located at the information booth by the flag pole.

OUTDOOR Rainout Policy

  • Check the Theatre in the Park website and our FaceBook page for rainout notifications.  Generally, shows are not canceled before show time.  Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5pm.  Phone calls received after 5pm Friday will not be returned until business hours the following Monday.

  • If a show is rained out, we will re-validate any ticket scanned that evening. You can reprint your ticket at TICKET CENTRAL. 

  • If you purchased your ticket at the box office and did not provide your email or phone number, there isn't a way for us to look up your ticket.  You will need to keep your soggy ticket.  It will be revalidated automatically, but we cannot reprint it if you lose it. 

  • Your re-validated ticket is valid for any show in our current OUTDOOR season. 

  • The rain-out policy does not apply to Movie Nights.

INDOOR

  • No matter of age, everyone requires a ticket to see an INDOOR performance.  Children under the age of two will not be allowed in the theater.

  • Visit the web page of any INDOOOR production for recommendations on age-appropriateness.

  • All indoor tickets must be used during the current INDOOR season.  Any unused tickets in your account after the final performance of our INDOOR season are not transferable to the next season.

  • You may CHANGE your reservation for reserved chairs up until show time.

  • Concessions are available before the show and at intermission.  You may bring concession purchased at that time into the performance.

  • Sorry, pets are not allowed in the Arts and Heritage Center or in the theater (service animals accepted.)

  • Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the Arts and Heritage Center; this includes vaping and e-cigarette use.  There is a designated smoking areas outside the front doors of the arts and Heritage Center.

  • No flash photography.

  • Videotaping any performance is STRICTLY prohibited by our royalty contracts.

  • Please turn your phones to silent mode before the performance begins.

  • Only cast, crew and staff are allowed backstage. You can visit with the cast in the Creative Commons after the performance.

  • Basic first aid supplies and AED are located at the reception desk indoor. 

INDOOR Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of an INDOOR performance is rare.  Check the Theatre in the Park website and our FaceBook page for cancellation notifications.  Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5pm.  Phone calls received after 5pm Friday will not be returned until business hours the following Monday.
